Neil LaL, Chairman and President of The Indian Council of Scotland has said, “we must help those in need and at this moment in time. Students from foreign countries such as India and Pakistan or any other country are struggling as they receive no state and health benefits. We must do all we can to help and support the most vulnerable and are struggling.”
